At Original Royalty, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
